Diana is a customer-focused and research-driven UX professional with a background in communication, sales, and marketing.

Over the past four years, she has worked closely with early-stage startups and established organizations to embed UX processes, lead user research, and turn user insights into designs that drive adoption.

She is a graduate of University of Iceland with a MA in Web Communication. Throughout her master experience, she discovered my passion for UX and design thinking.

Diana’s approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior. She is passionate about aligning product decisions with real user needs and business goals—whether that means improving usability, shaping product strategy, or facilitating discovery workshops.

Diana advocates for UX as a driver of growth, clarity, and connection. She is especially drawn to human factors, systems thinking, and the challenge of making complex things feel simple.
